1.Our CAFI President directed all payments for Ankara should be paid to state account through all LGs coordinators, therefore,all *Tellers* should come from LGs coordinators not chapters coordinators or women leaders. This is to give room for proper *Accountability* and *Documentation*

2.No one is authorise to single handedly sell Ankara except the *General* Committee with all members of *Clothes* And *Textiles* sub Committee.

3. That we should look for more marketers to negotiate and compare the prices and quality.

4. Let all obey our President orders and State Inauguration Committee for Transparency and Accountability.

Conclusively,no date had been approved by our symbol,the President for our inauguration. The committee is just trying to work in earnest, therefore we are waiting for the President to give us date.
